Lisa Pitout

I was born and raised in Pietermaritzburg. I matriculated at Heritage Academy in 2006. I then shortly began to work in the corporate world , I worked in the corporate world for eleven years but at the same time I always had a passion and a heart for children and to become a teacher, which I believe is my calling.  I then decided to follow my passion, so I began studying towards a  Bachelor of Education Degree for Foundation Phase through UNISA in 2018 and graduated at the end of 2021. During this time I worked at Settlers’ Park Pre-primary for three years as an intern where knowledge and experience was instilled, of which I am so excited to share with New England Pre- Primary.  One of my passions apart from teaching would definitely be cooking , baking and spending quality time with my family.
